How to Play
The player awakens in the forest encountering a dangerous creature. Your objective is to destroy it and it's kind as they appear.

Dodge | ↓ | 🅰️ | ✕ | Dodge to evade attacks and reposition for counters. Following up with attacks keeps pressure on the enemy. |
Defend | ↑ | 🔼 | △ | Hold to block. Successful blocks trigger a counter-stun, leaving enemies vulnerable. |
Grapple | → | 🅱️ | ◯ | Grab and drag enemies. Press again to shove—into obstacles or allies—for a stun effect. |
Tips
Bare in mind that the enemy shares your moves, try to outsmart them to succeed.
Trivia
The first demo represents combat in a small environment. Despite being a snapshot of the studio at its earliest stage, this demo is more focused with a more accomplished and immersive combat experience in comparison to the vertical slice, which met a few complications on the path to completion.
The timings and impacts on the attacks are more considered and the music is dynamically coded to changes based on which team has the higher HP. Going through three phases: One for when the player is winning, another for when they are evenly matched, and a third for when the AI is winning.
